Jane Wicks brings truth to design. She is a keen observer of nature, channeling a vision of Audubon through the spirit of Matisse. Her sensibilities have a timeless, classic quality. A humanist, Wicks communicates with images and patterns we can't fully explain our preoccupation with. I am looking at one of her watercolors as I write this, and I am simply, beautifully happy.
